IVF Meal Plan -FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer)
I’m Michaella, an award winning nutritionist with a passion for helping people learn how to support their health holistically. I have gone through the IVF process and know what it’s like to have to balance organising appointments, scans, medications, supplements and cooking. I made this meal plan to help others going through IVF.
I became interested in nutrition after changing my diet helped me recover from a chronic pain and fatigue condition called Fibromyalgia. I also manage endometriosis and PCOS with diet and lifestyle.
Over the years I have helped hundreds of people get back in control of their health. Please note this plan isn’t designed to be followed long term. Rather it is to provide a guideline to help get you started with eating in a way to support a specific goal or collection of symptoms.
