My Story
One evening, years ago when I was still really unwell with fibromyalgia, I remember walking into the store to pick something up for dinner. I was trying so hard to feel better and was on such an extremely restrictive diet that I had no idea what I could eat for dinner that night. I was standing in the aisle just totally confused and in the end I left the shop empty handed and cried when I got home!
Maybe this sounds dramatic but I was so overwhelmed with all the advice online about what sort of diet I should be on. The list of 'safe' foods became smaller and smaller and I felt totally hopeless. It felt like every 2 weeks I was trying a new diet or a new supplement.
I know that so many others who are trying to manage health conditions or work on their health goals feel the same way. My job is to pull all the pieces of the puzzle together for you and give you a clear, easy to follow plan with dietary and supplement changes that are specific to you.

MY APPROACH
My approach is compassionate, positive, based in science and most importantly, sustainable and totally unique to you. I aim to understand the root cause of symptoms and work at that level to enable positive and long lasting change.
INITIAL APPOINTMENT
You are unique and understanding your health history takes time so initial consultations are 60 minutes long and take place on zoom. During your appointment I will take a detailed medical history and we will discuss your goals so I can understand what is important to you. It is important to me that you feel heard. We will also discuss dietary changes, testing and referrals if necessary. I will provide you with all the necessary tools to reach your health goals.
FOLLOWING UP
Follow up appointments are typically 4 weeks after the initial assessment. In most cases, 1-3 appointments are appropriate to allow progress to be monitored. All patients programmes are unique and I will discuss follow up appointments with you during initial consultation or discovery call.

I offer two appointment formats, paying as you go and 3 month blocks. The initial appointment in both formats are the same and detailed below.

Price of consultation does not include cost of clinical testing, supplements or food. Administrative charges may apply to testing reports. Any costs such as these will be discussed during your consultation.

3 MONTH BLOCK - Initial appointment and regular check ins with personalised meal plans
