Vegan Sugar Free Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

100grams organic cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tablespoons of agave syrup or pure maple syrup

Method

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave until melted, about 20/30 seconds depending on your microwave.

Pour the melted oil into a large bowl and stir in the cacao powder.

Next, mix in the agave syrup.

To make chocolate bars

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate over the paper and spread into a thin layer.

Put the tray into the fridge or freezer.

Once set, cut the chocolate into bars or chunks and keep in a air tight container in the fridge.

To make chocolate covered strawberries

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Finely chop up the hazelnut and place to once side.

Dip the strawberry into the chocolate and then into the chopped hazelnuts.

Place the strawberries into the lined tray and put into the fridge to set.
