Ginger Maple Glazed Salmon Recipe for People Who Hate Fish

All together it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and 15- 20 minutes cooking time. This recipe is for one so increase accordingly.

Ingredients – Ginger Maple Glazed Salmon – Salmon Recipe for People Who Don’t Like Fish

1 salmon fillet
1 garlic clove
1 slice of fresh garlic, about half the size of your thumb
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of soya sauce
2 teaspoons of sesame oil

Method – Ginger Maple Glazed Salmon – Salmon Recipe for People Who Don’t Like Fish

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray or dish with parchment paper.
Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients (apart from the salmon).
Place the salmon fillet onto the baking tray.
Using a teaspoon, pour the sauce over the salmon, don’t worry if it drips down the sides.
Place in the middle of the oven and cook for 15-20 mins or until a light golden glaze forms on the surface.
Remove from the oven and enjoy immediately.

I enjoy having this salmon with boiled wild rice, edamam and broccoli with a teaspoon of coconut oil stirred in.
