Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats Recipe
Would you believe me if I told you this dessert looking thing is actually a breakfast which will not only taste like a brownie but also keep you full until lunch?!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats
Ingredients - Serves 2
3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup oat milk
3/4 cup protein powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 egg
Method
Preheat oven to 180
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Pour into two ramekins and bake for about 15-20 minutes
Top with extra peanut butter and fruit/seeds as desired
Enjoy!
If you are batch cooking, store the uncooked ramekin in the fridge and cook the following morning
